Ingredients for the recipe
- 1 flattened chicken breast
- salt to the taste
- black pepper to taste
- red pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped scallions
- canola oil
- balsamic vinegar to the taste
- lime juice
- 2 sliced ball tomatoes
- 6 slices of 2 cm panela cheese
- 3 ripe but firm avocados
- basil leaf
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- paprika
- green onion as you wish
Preparation of the tower
Salt and pepper the chicken with the two peppers. Add chopped scallions. Cook with a little oil and cut into cubes. Mix the mayonnaise, milk, onion, basil, mustard, paprika, onion and seasoning in a bowl. A paste-like mixture should remain.
Stir with the cooked breast.
Slice the avocados in circles without the seed, like the sliced tomatoes and the cheese of the same size.
Place a tomato base, then avocado, cheese, chicken and repeat the process to obtain a tower.
Pour with oil, vinegar, mill pepper and decorate with basil.
